We want you to be satisfied with ScholarMind. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all credit-pack purchases.

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided the credits associated with that purchase have not been substantially consumed (we consider more than 50% consumption as substantial use).

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all ScholarMind orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@scholarmind.app with your order reference and we will assist with the request.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using your credits, contact us — we will work with you to resolve the issue or arrange a refund even outside the 30-day window where appropriate.
